To enable automated voice calls, you need a Twilio account. Follow these steps:
Go to twilio.com/try-twilio and sign up. Free trial includes $15 in credits.
From your Twilio Console, copy your Account SID and Auth Token.

In Twilio Console → Phone Numbers → Buy a Number. Choose a local or toll-free number with voice capability.
